Alex Robinson on Piano

Alex Robinson is a vocalist, pianist, composer, and arranger based in Southern California. Her warm, smooth timbre, keen attention to lyrical expression, and playful improvisational style captivate audiences large and small. She brings a refreshing modern twist to jazz standards and performs a broad range of styles with jazz-influenced musicality.

Alex performs around the Greater Los Angeles area with her own project, as a guest artist, and as a choral artist with Tonality and Choral Arts Initiative. She has been featured at the Festival of Arts (Laguna Beach, CA) and the Stanford Jazz Festival (Stanford, CA). In 2022, Alex was an Entertainer Pianist on Disney Cruise Line as part of the inaugural cast of the Disney Wish. She is currently working on her debut album, which is slated for release in early 2026.

In addition to her work as a performer, Alex is on the voice faculty at Mt. San Antonio College and Chapman University. 

After playing at sea for DCL and coming to the parks often to watch her husband perform, she is excited to fuse her jazz background with some Disney magic for guests on land at the Jazz Kitchen!
